Smells Like: If “late summer” were a scent: freshly plucked juicy mission figs with jet black skin, dipped in lemon sugar and spice. An earthy and spicy take on a fig scent. Notes of mission fig, allspice, and cedarwood. Made with poppy seeds for a deep but non scratchy level of exfoliating grit.
Feels Like: The first bite of the darkest and juiciest mission fig you’ve ever tasted.

About Our Soap: Manufactured in the USA, our cold process bar soaps feature natural, clean, and responsibly sourced ingredients. Developed with phthalate, paraben, and animal musk free fragrance, our perfumer driven scents are crafted for your enjoyment.
Perfect for full body use. Exfoliating/grit soaps are not recommended for direct use on the face.
Ingredient highlights: Our cold process formula features nourishing sunflower oil, raw olive oil, and creamy coconut oil for a rich lather that leaves skin soft and smooth. Each blend is boosted with grounding, uplifting, relaxing and refreshing essential oils.
Product Specs: 4oz cold process bar soap, housed in an FSC certified recycled carton*. Carton is further recyclable and compostable**.

How to Use Bar Soap + Product Care
1. How to use: Wet the bar and your skin. Lather up, rinse clean, and repeat as needed!
2. For best results, let your bar dry completely in-between uses.
3. Use a well draining soap dish or shower shelf to prevent your soap from sitting in standing water. Standing water makes soap dissolve quicker when not in use.
4. Keep out of bright sunlight over extended periods to maintain the integrity of the bar.
5. As with all products, if irritation occurs, please discontinue use.

This was my first time ordering from soap distillery ! My husband and I each got three to try because obviously there were too many good ones to order just one each. Every soap smelled amazing and I love how it lathers! We’ll def be buying more in the future!
I received my first Soap Distillery bars of soaps in 2020 as a gift from my then boss. Since then these are my go-to soaps. The fragrances are not overly “perfumed” but give the space they are in a nice natural warmth. There are so many options you can choose the fragrances that are best for you.

My partner and I were looking for a soap brand to switch to after our usual brand used some icky marketing tactics. I am so grateful to have found Soap Distillery! Supporting small & local is always the goal (+ the scents are all a hit - big fans of the whiskey ones).
Please don't stop making this scent. Or Sequoia + Wild Sage. Or soap.
The soap is great. My one issue was that the post office seemed to have crushed the package--the Sunset Fig Bar was fine, but the sample was pulverized. The package arrived with a lot of tape all over it. I would have a conversation with the post office about delivery but I know that this was NOT on you guys!
These all smell so good. But this is definitely my favorite out of all the bars I bought
I absolutely LOVE this scent. It's fruity, spicy, and it's got this really nice hint of lemon peel or something like that inside. It really feels like I'm vacationing in the Mediterranean, and the poppy seeds in the bar make my skin so smooth. Love that this scent is available all year now!

There are some natural bars out there that are drying. I have not experienced that with any of the Soap Distillery line. Great products, and awesome customer service!
I give four stars because my only con is that I would like to see better discounts (military, teacher, senior, etc.) for bundles/better rewards.
I appreciate the company from the sud down to sud up.

I loooove this scent so much. We’ve been buying Soap Distillery soaps exclusively for the past 3 years or so & get so excited for seasonal scents. I got all of the summer releases recently & tried this one first - love it! All soaps are so luscious & moisturizing, too.
This is truly one of my favorite soap choices, out of many. As a kid I loved to eat the figs from my grandmother's fig tree in the garden. The fresh aroma of those days return to me when I use Fig Bitters.
Try it….you will love it ! I have bought many for gifts, unfortunately
