Domestic Shipping Information
Most orders will process within 3 - 5 business days in our Chicago HQ from the day the order was placed. Once shipped, most orders arrive between 2-10 business days depending on your location. Take advantage of FREE SHIPPING on orders over $49.99usd (after any applied discounts, before taxes) within the contiguous United States. All other domestic orders will ship our domestic flat rate cost of $7 USD.
Shipping speeds displayed at check out will not speed up your processing time, so please plan ahead. ***Please note: UPS shipping does not qualify for our free shipping incentive.*** Please make sure your address is correct as we cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses entered. Your order cannot be changed once it has been placed, so please double and triple check all your details prior to submissions. Thank you for understanding!
The UPS shipping option is standard ground, and not expedited.
Please note: once a package is picked up from our Chicago, IL HQ, the tracking information and delivery responsibility is outside of our control. Once shipped, the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc) is responsible for delivery. Incorrect addresses inputted may cause fulfillment delays, so please make sure to double check your address prior to submitting your order.
Local Pick Up
We offer local pick up! Our turn around time for local pick up is between 1-2 business days. When your order is ready, you will be sent the pick up address. Our pick up hours are 10am - 4pm, Monday - Friday. We do not hold typical retail hours because we are not a store front.
Please note: your pick up order will be held for thirty (30) days. If you do not pick your order up within that timeframe, it will be donated. Please plan ahead.
International customers: Please note, our free shipping incentive only applies to customers within the Contiguous United States. New territories have been added! The customer will be responsible for the payment of any VAT and other duties connected to your orders. Please plan ahead.
Returns + Exchanges
If you’re not 100% satisfied with one of your Soap Distillery products, we would love to help you out! Please contact our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org within seven (7) days of receiving your item, and we’ll take it from there. Proof of purchase from our online store will be required.
If your order arrived damaged, please send us an email at email@example.com within seven (7) days of receiving your order, including photos with a detailed description and we'll get it sorted out for you. Proof of purchase from our online store will be required.
NOTE: We are unable to cover any shipping fees. Discontinued items, limited edition, special release, gift cards, or items not produced by Soap Distillery are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Our Chicago HQ ships orders business days M-F. We will not process or ship orders on the following dates:
