Behind the Scents September: Where The Time Has Gone
Holy COW, where has the time gone? Oh yes, I know! It went to:
- Working events almost every weekend
- Cranking out Ghost Stories soaps and candles
- Finalizing plans for holiday
- Prepping packaging, photography, and shelf space for our new body oils (coming in two weeks!)
- Soft launching new products to test interest
- More holiday plans
- Applying for a million events
Before I knew it, September was over, October had begun, and my list just got longer 😭BUT, when everything is finally here, you'll see...it's been a LOT! If staying busy was a super power, I'd definitely have it. But, if being behind schedule was also a super power, well, I'd unfortunately have that one too...
As a peace offering, I'll give y'all a little sample image of what's coming...
Yes Desert Sage + Saguaro lovers, you two will soon have a body oil to love! Along with this scent, we'll be bringing back our core five scents and adding four more scents to the body oil line. Can you guess what the scents are? (Hint: look at Instagram...)
These bottles are rad because they pump oil out much softer and easier than the current bottles, so those with any kind of muscle weakness in their hands will notice a change for sure. Being great for skin, hair, beard, and bath, plus being paired with a refill, your body care game is about to be amazing!
SCENT OF THE MONTH
The scent of the month for September is Vetiver + Sweetgrass! I loved this scent for September because it perfectly encapsulates the feeling of transitioning from summer to fall in scent. It's grassy, green, and fresh which reminds me of summer, but it's also earthy, spicy, and woody which makes me think of how fallen leaves smell when they are crushed. It's got scent notes of green grass, cardamom, and smoked earth and it just might be appearing in a new format soon...
