How does it work?
It's super easy! To earn points, all you have to do is create an account and start purchasing. For every dollar spent, you'll earn 10 points.
I already have an account. Do I have points?
Yes! If you already have a customer account, just log in here and view your balance or redeem your points.
How else can I earn points?
There are so many ways to earn points! Sharing us with a friend, following us on Instagram, and even having a birthday earns you points.
How do I turn my points into rewards?
That's also super easy! Once you're logged in, just cash our your points for rewards which will give you a code. Copy and paste that code into the discount field at checkout and then boom: you've been rewarded.
If you create a reward with your points and step away, you can still access your code and use it later.
How do I check my points balance?
You can check your points balance or access your rewards by logging into your customer account, and then navigating to the money bag icon at the bottom of the webpage to the right. Click on it, and your balance will be there :)
When do my points expire?
This will vary depending on the reward that you've gotten, but it can be anywhere between 1-6 months. Check in the rewards screen to be sure.
I've purchased before. Do I have points accrued?
Yes! Purchases made after May 10th, 2021 will have accrued points. Just login or create an account to view them. After logging in, just click on the money bag icon at the bottom of the screen.
When can I access my points?
Your points till typically show up within 24 hours of purchasing.
Do I lose my points if I make a return?
If a return is accepted, you will lose the reward that was given for that purchase.
