Holiday shopping deadline: Please order by December 10th for guaranteed shipping prior to December 25th. Plan ahead as carrier related shipping delays may happen.

Most orders will process within 3-5 business days in our Chicago HQ from the day the order was placed. Once shipped, most orders arrive between 2-5 business days. Take advantage of FREE SHIPPING on order's over $50 (after any applied discounts, before taxes). All other orders will ship our domestic flat rate cost of $6.50 USD. ***Please note: UPS shipping does not qualify for our free shipping incentive.***

Please make sure your address is correct as we cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses entered.

The UPS shipping option is standard ground, and not expedited.


Please note: once a package is picked up from our Chicago, IL HQ, the tracking information and delivery responsibility is outside of our control. Once shipped, the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc) is responsible for delivery. We are currently unable to replace packages that have been lost or are missing.



International customers: because of the current pandemic, we are only able to ship parcels to Canada, Germany, and Mexico. Due to the complications that Brexit has caused, we are temporarily suspending shipping to the UK and Great Britain. We are hoping to add more territories back soon! The customer will be responsible for the payment of any duties connected to your orders. Please plan ahead.



When your order is ready to be picked up, you will be sent a notification containing the pick up instructions. Our pick up window is Monday through Friday, 10am - 4pm. We are closed on the weekends. Our production facility is not a storefront, and we do not hold an after hours schedule. We are located just outside of the West Loop. 

If you select "Pick Up" as the delivery method for your order, you must be available to pick your order up.  If your pick up order needs to be shipped, please reach out and we'll try to work with you! Any former pick up order will not be available to use our "Free Shipping Over $50.00 incentive, and will be charged the full shipping cost (not flat rate).



Our Chicago HQ ships orders business days M-F. We will not process or ship orders on the following dates:

  • Independence Day [Observed] - Monday, July 5
  • Labor Day - Monday, September 6
  • Thanksgiving - Thursday, November 25 + Friday, November 26
  • Christmas // New Year's - Friday, December 24 through January 2nd, 2022
  • Inventory - Monday, January 3, 2022 + Tuesday, January 4, 2022
