Subscriptions are finally here!
Want to learn all about our subscriptions? Let's dive into it.
As of 11/18/21, subscriptions are available for all non-seasonal/non-accessory/non-gift set products with the exception of shampoo bars. Subscriptions are amazing because they allow you to receive your favorite products on a regular schedule of your choosing so you never run out of that product! To subscribe to a product, all you have to do is go to the product page of your favorite item, and select "Subscribe and Save" and choose your delivery frequency. First things first, you have to log into your customer account. If you do not have one, it's easy and free to create one. Log in or create an account in the header bar of our website by clicking on the person icon.
SUBSCRIPTIONS ON PRODUCT PAGES
On your subscription page, you can manage your subscriptions in several ways! You can view your subscriptions, delivery schedule, purchase history, shipping addresses, and billing information, while also being able to make adjustments where you'd like. Want to skip a month, add a product to subscribe to, or cancel your subscription? Just edit your active subscription by clicking "Edit". Want to reactivate a canceled subscription? Just click "Re-Activate" next to that subscription. It's all really just that easy :)
