Lavender bitters can also put a little spring in your cocktail! Want to make a fresh cocktail for a nice warm day with a slight cool breeze? Either grab yourself some, or make some lavender bitters and make this:
- 1.5 ounces of gin
- Sparkling water
- Thin cucumber slices
- A little lemon juice
- Simple syrup
- 3 drops of lavender bitters
- Muddle the cucumber, and mix with everything else. Put over ice, and sip with friends. Yum!
